5PesoStory.org is my very own online photoalbum-slash-photoblog. This is the improved version of my previous attempt to make a decent photoblog, Irismemoirs.org.

I have always been interested in photographs. Whether behind the camera or smiling at the camera, I’m always amazed on what was captured. The moment, the genuine expressions of people, the mood, the event shown and preserved in a single picture. Photographs have always been my connection to my memories. They tell me the story of my life.

I am Clarisse. I am living the last year of my “teen” years. I began designing webpages during my preteen years and still the hobby continues on. Please note that I am not a professional photographer neither do I claim to be actually good in taking pictures. I just happen to enjoy posing as a photographer. =P

The photos seen in the photoblog archives have been taken using Canon Powershot500. A number of photos in the archives have been digitally enhanced using Micrografx Picture Publisher and/or Adobe Photoshop while the rest are the genuine shot. The photos in the gallery have been selected from different pictures taken from the past, present, and are decent, weird and just plain unusual. Most pictures found there were either taken by my family’s old camera (and the pics were scanned), my mobile phone or copies given to me by my relatives and friends. HTML/LAYOUT: Photographs & Memoirs Themes were made by me, Clarisse while the Blue Blury Theme was made by Thitipat Nananukool with a few modifications. The whole site is powered by Wordpress 1.5.2 with a little guidance from Razzi’s Photoblog tutorial. Plugins were used for added functionality of the site.
